EXPRESS SERVICE $239.95 per person

Includes reduction comb out of all the hot spots to thoroughly remove all visible signs of lice and eggs, environmental education and free head lice screenings for up to five immediate family members. Minimal after care required.
Express services is not recommended for extremely thick hair, process or bleeched hair or for swimmers.

STANDARD SERVICE $95.00 per hour.
Average service takes 1.5 hours + per person based on the length, thickness of the hair and severity of the infestation. Includes reduction comb out of all the hot spots to thoroughly remove all visible signs of lice and eggs, environmental education and free head lice screenings for up to five immediate family members. Two-week after care protocol is required to ensure the life cycle of the louse is interrupted. Some eggs and newly hatched lice may be too microscopic to be removed by our comb and electronic lice killing devices. Further combing will be required to ensure best results

During our process we use medical devices to kill live lice. Our head lice removal specialists will then physically remove all visible signs of lice and lice eggs using a proprietary and proven Mucci Method of reduction combing. Other tools such as magnifying glasses, picks, shampoos, conditioners and tweezers are used. We do not use any products that contain chemicals or pesticides. Lice removal is a process of reduction, and some follow-up combing, and environmental care will be required to ensure full eradication and best results.

We recommend all family members have a visual head check. Head Lice Screening is included when one family member is being treated to a maximum of five immediate family members

Millage for long distance service requests are negotiated at time of booking with participating franchise location. Standard mileage is $ 0.54 for on site and home visits within the 50 KLM service radius.

TERMS OF SERIVICE
All service providers are trained and certified in the Mucci Method of head lice eradication. All providers are vulnerable sector screened, insured and maintain strict sanitation protocols. You are accepting our services for the purpose of assistance with reduction combing and removal of head lice and their eggs. You accept that we will provide educational resources and materials for adequate aftercare to ensure the best outcome and to help prevent ongoing and future infestations. We require a waiver and terms of service to be read and fully understood prior to any services being provided to you or any child under your care. We take great care in the use of any tools and products while providing head lice removal services. However, there may be the possibility of a reaction or distraction that could result in unintentional harm. All contraindications noted above are taken into consideration prior to any treatment plan being implemented. Services may be declined or modified based on various health conditions or contraindications. Service providers have the right to refuse or stop service at any time if deemed unsafe for the provider or client. During the lice removal process tools such as electronic lice zapping devices, medical devices, combs, conditioners, shampoos, cleansing agents such as enzymes, and minerals, tweezers, picks, brushes and hair clips will be used. Time of service begins upon arrival and ends at departure and includes processing time. Duration of service is based on level of service option selected, length, thickness of hair and the severity of the infestation. 100% eradication in a single session can not be guaranteed but can be achieved when follow up and environmental care is preformed as directed.

By agreeing to these terms of service, and waiver I irrevocably release Lice Squad Canada Inc. its officials, directors, shareholders, providers, employees, representatives or consultants from any claim, action, cause of action, damage or liability associated with the services and products being provided or recommended by Lice Squad Canada Inc.
